李万俊   理学博士,教授,1985年生,四川南充人

 

个人基本情况及学习工作经历:

硕士生导师,重庆市巴渝学者计划青年学者,重庆师范大学青年拔尖人才培育计划,重庆市物理学会理事,全国材料与器件科学家智库电子信息材料与器件专家委员会理事。2009年本科毕业于宜宾学院必威;2012年硕士毕业于重庆师范大学必威;2015年博士毕业于重庆大学物理学院。2015年就职于必威,2016年晋升为副教授,2021年晋升为教授

教学情况:

近年来,承担本科生和研究生课程8门(力学、光学、物理学史、材料分析与测试技术、纳米材料与技术、科研论文撰写练习、师范技能训练与比赛、固体光谱学),参与市级课程建设1门(工程光学、https://www.xueyinonline.com/detail/204873709)。积极参加学校组织的教学竞赛,多次获得教学技能竞赛奖和微课教学比赛奖,多次在学生评教和学校教学督导中评为优秀。

科研情况:

主要从事宽带隙氧化物半导体材料生长和物性调控、高性能紫外光电探测器件研制和应用开发等研究工作。近年来,主持国家级和省部级项目6项;在国内外刊物上发表相关学术论文70余篇(ESI热点1‰论文1篇);获重庆市自然科学二等奖1项;参加学术会议20余场,邀请报告6次。担任Advanced Functional MaterialsApplied Physics LettersIEEE Electron Device LettersJournal of Materials Chemistry CiscienceScientific reportsScience China Technological SciencesJournal of Alloys and CompoundsNanomaterials20余部国内外学术期刊审稿人。除指导研究生外,常年招生优秀本科生参与学术训练,指导本科生发表SCI/EI论文9篇,获大学生创新创业训练计划项目省部级及以上5项,获重庆市大学生物理创新竞赛省部级奖9项,获中国互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛等多项校级奖,获得学院十大影响人物称号10人,入选重庆师范大学先进事迹报告团1人,指导的本科生中考取“985”“211”80%以上。2020-2021年连续获得优秀毕业论文(设计)指导教师奖。2020-2021年连续获重庆师范大学优秀教师。2022年评为重庆师范大学第八届师德标兵称号。
